RealSure, Inc. subscribes to the Privacy Policy as set down by The RealSure Group. The RealSure Group has a strict set of management guidelines regarding privacy. Confidential information of one client is never shared and all sensitive and confidential information is treated with the same level on security as we would treat our own confidential information. Gathering of Information: The majority of the websites do not require registration for access to the general parts of the website, but for the downloading of certain information, such as Whitepapers, PowerPoint Presentations, etc. the participation in online educational courses, etc. registration will be required. Such information is not sold to third parties but will be shared with the applicable contracted courses owners or providers, as well as the RealtyU Alumni Association. Details may also, if required by law, be shared with local, state or national registration bodies if such activity is required as part of the completion of a specific course.

E-mail Address: When a visitor submits an email address, the company retains such email address in the respective company’s corporate database. Databases between different companies within the RealSure are not co-mingled or shared. Neither email address nor any personal information about you will ever be sold to any third party.

Cookies: A Cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. The usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information but enables us to track and target where you might be in a specific course, monitor your progress and further enhance your experience on our family of websites.

IP Addresses: Certain websites in the Group such as providing online educational services may from time to time log IP addresses of students for verification, systems administration, troubleshooting purposes. Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet.

Children: Although not intend for minors, all sites within the RealSure Group of companies are child-friendly sites and do not contain any pornography, nudity or violence. We however request that minors not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you may forward us your information in conjunction with a parent or guardian.

Opting-out: Upon request, you may opt out from any of the RealSure Group of Companies’ lists and we will remove you from our databases.
