Bill Shue

Bill is a seasoned restructuring and workout specialist with extensive experience in restructuring companies in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy. He has successfully restructured over 100 businesses in various industries including: financial services, securities, real estate, oil and gas, thoroughbred horses, and small business. His experience spans from strategic planning to sales and marketing.

Bill was also co-founder and president of Caribiner International where he successfully built the company from a start up to a $800 million New York Stock Exchange company during a 10-year period. Under Bill's direction, Caribiner became the leader in corporate training and audio video productions. The client list of fortune 500 companies included: IBM, Ford, Disney, American Airlines, Johnson & Johnson, and many more.

Subsequent to Caribiner, Bill co-founded Entreport Corporation which became the leader in online training and education for real estate agents delivering high quality content to the industry as well as private branded universities for Coldwell Banker, Remax, GMAC, and Prudential.

Bill holds a BS in accounting from Rider University and a MBA in finance from the University of Houston. He has also held various professional licenses including CPA, insurance license, and Securities licenses 7, 24, and 27.
