Tom is a seasoned professional with extensive senior level experience in all phases of the business process from strategic planning and feasibility analysis to operations and project management. He is an excellent communicator and has the skills necessary to quickly identify problems, define solutions and assimilate all of the necessary inputs to ensure operational success and profitability. He utilizes these analytical skills in an e-Commerce environment to coordinate team-oriented solutions in a multi-discipline atmosphere.
His expertise includes:
- Communication - Published/syndicated author, editor, instructor and public speaker with exceptional communication skills. He has developed educational courses for both the classroom and in an online format and is skilled in “content” writing for websites and developing product specific articles for both online and offline media.
- Operations – Expertise in strategic planning, feasibility analysis, operational planning/execution and project management with operational experience in the technology arena.
- Management - Particularly adept at problem definition, team building, solution development and project execution and oversight across multiple disciplines. He has experience in all corporate departments and in cross managing in a team environment.
Tom holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University with majors in accounting and finance and advanced studies in finance. Upon completion of his degree he became a Naval Officer with extensive combat experience in operational fighter aircraft operating off of aircraft carriers in Viet Nam and is a decorated veteran. He graduated from the Navy’s Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) in the first year of the school’s existence and was selected by the Navy as one of the first members of the Navy’s flight test and evaluation team for the F-14 Tomcat fighter, creating and performing acceptance flight testing of the F-14 for service in the United States Navy.
Upon leaving the Navy he began his very successful business career and now applies his wide experience and varied skills in a consulting format.
