Louis Swanepoel has over 15 years of management experience in real estate, finance and mortgages including serving as Vice President of Operations for the largest residential mortgage brokerage in San Diego. His education includes a Bachelors degree in Human Resources and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. His professional and academic background is in human resources and labor negotiations, project and general operational management, in several industries including utility, engineering, construction, insurance and real estate.
He has served on several community organizations including Chairman of the Ambassadors Committee for the San Diego North Chamber of Commerce and currently serves on the Board for Rancho Bernardo Swim & Tennis Club and HOA. Louis is also Assistant Scout Master with the boys at Troop 688. He has been a resident of Rancho Bernardo for the past ten years.
